If you wish to cancel the donation/purchase, kindly let us know within 24 hours of your transaction.

Requests for cancellation and return of donated/purchase funds will be reviewed by the Executive Director or Director at his/her discretion, on a case-by-case basis. On approval, any refund issued by GREEN EARTH PATRON FOUNDATION will be done online into donor's account within 10 working days from the date of receiving the complaint after deducting applicable fee (if applicable, i.e. fee paid to payment gateway or bank clearance etc.). In such cases if the receipt already has been issued, then the Donor need to return the original receipt at our office address.
